Each Vaulted Punk is a labor of precision—conceived, sculpted, and refined by hand. From alien to ape, every character was shaped through a deliberate, multi-stage process where no detail was left untouched. Lighting and rendering were perfected to preserve the spirit of the original CryptoPunks while giving each piece a bold, dimensional presence that commands attention. To push the collection further, we partnered with world-class creators—Vini Naso of RTFKT and Migs of Bored Ape Kennel Club—to produce rare 1/1 Punks within the collection that redefine exclusivity.
After mint ends, part of the proceeds will purchase an official CryptoPunk, stored in a public vault wallet until awarded.
1. Buy & Vault – We purchase the CryptoPunk and lock it in wallet 0xYOURVAULT…, posting the transaction for proof.
2. Snapshot – A snapshot of all eligible minters is taken. The full list will be published on X for community verification.
3. Random Draw – Using Chainlink VRF, an on-chain random number selects the winning wallet directly from the snapshot.
4. Transfer – Once verified, the CryptoPunk is transferred from the vault to the winner, with the transaction posted publicly.
. Intellectual Property & Originality
1.1 Original 3D Artwork — All Vaulted Punks artwork is fully three-dimensional and created from the ground up by our design team using original models, textures, and compositions. While the collection draws inspiration from early on-chain art styles, no pixel art, image assets, or original code from Larva Labs or its CryptoPunks collection have been copied or reused.
1.2 Derivative Inspiration Only — Vaulted Punks is an independent creative project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Larva Labs, Yuga Labs, or any of their associated brands. All references to “CryptoPunks” are descriptive only and used for purposes of historical context, commentary, or comparison.
1.3 Respect for Original Rights — We acknowledge and respect the intellectual property rights of Larva Labs and Yuga Labs. Vaulted Punks does not claim ownership of any CryptoPunks assets, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.
. Giveaway Terms — Official CryptoPunk
2.1 Condition to Trigger Giveaway — The official CryptoPunk giveaway will be executed only after the Vaulted Punks mint is fully sold out.
2.2 Acquisition of Prize — A portion of mint proceeds will be used to purchase an official CryptoPunk on the open market. The purchase transaction will be made public and the asset will be stored in a publicly viewable wallet until awarded.
2.3 Selection of Winner — Upon mint completion, a snapshot of all eligible wallet addresses will be taken and published on the Vaulted Punks official X account. The winning wallet will be selected using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function), ensuring a provably fair, tamper-proof process.
2.4 Transfer of Prize — Once the winner is verified, the CryptoPunk will be transferred manually to the winning wallet. The transfer transaction will be publicly posted.
. Fairness & Anti-Rigging Commitments
3.1 No Insider Minting — The Vaulted Punks team commits to not minting NFTs for personal advantage, nor reserving or pre-selecting winning positions.
3.2 No Insider Trading or Rigging — The team will not engage in any manipulation of mint outcomes, giveaways, or prize allocation.
3.3 Public Transparency — All key transactions, including the CryptoPunk purchase, snapshot, and prize transfer, will be posted publicly for community review.
. General Conditions
4.1 No Guarantee of Value — NFTs and digital assets are inherently speculative and may fluctuate in value. Purchases are non-refundable.
4.2 Eligibility — Giveaway participation may be subject to regional restrictions and applicable laws in the participant’s jurisdiction.
4.3 Changes to Terms — Vaulted Punks reserves the right to amend these Terms for clarity, legal compliance, or operational needs, with notice to the community.
